Use Things to do for tasks you suddenly remember, such as making a call or replying to an email
- Shopping and errands
Add items to Groceries as soon as you think of them, so nothing is forgotten when you go shopping
- Future plans and ideas
Save tasks you don’t need to act on right away in Someday and come back to them later
By grouping your to-dos into lists, you can keep your tasks organized without feeling overwhelmed.
