The Message Board allows families to share notes, reminders, and announcements in a central, visual space. Key features include:
1. Display Limit
- Up to 5 messages can be shown at the same time.
- Adjust the limit in Board Settings → Display Limit:
➢ Show 3 messages
➢ Show 5 messages
- Pinned messages always remain at the top.
2. Display Duration
- Control how long messages remain visible using Show Last:
➢ Last 1 day
➢ Last 3 days
➢ Last 7 days
3. Countdown Timer
- Each message can include a countdown timer.
- When the countdown ends, the message automatically stops displaying.
4. Visual Styles
- Choose from multiple background colors.
- Colors help distinguish different message types, such as:

➢ Announcements
➢ Encouragements
5. Message History
Previously sent messages can be viewed in Message History for reference.
