Reward management is supported only in the mobile app and only for Admins.
Steps to Edit or Delete a Reward
Open the Apolosign mobile app
Go to Rewards → Manage Gifts
Tap the “⋯” icon next to the reward
Choose one of the following:
Edit Gift: Edit the reward name, icon, or required points
Delete: Remove the reward
Changes will sync to the device immediately.
