Why Isn't There a Smaller Adapter?
We understand that some customers prefer a more compact power adapter for a cleaner, more minimal look — especially when wall-mounting the digital calendar. However, the adapter size is determined by the power requirements of each model and cannot be reduced without compromising safety:
- The 15.6" model requires 12V / 2A (24W), while the 21.5", 27", and 27" 4K models each require 12V / 3A (36W).
- Delivering this level of power safely requires adequately sized internal components for heat dissipation and voltage regulation. A physically smaller adapter would risk overheating, unstable voltage output, or premature failure.
- For safety and reliability reasons, we do not offer a smaller alternative adapter, and we do not recommend using third-party underpowered adapters, as this may damage your device or void the warranty.

- Route the cable neatly — Only the DC barrel plug emerges at the mounting location, keeping the wall surface clean.
- Maintain full power delivery — No compromise on performance or safety; the original adapter is used as-is.
