Recommended Setting After Unlocking
After you unlock the device, we recommend disabling the lock screen to prevent this issue from happening again.
Go to:
Settings → Security → Screen Lock → None
Once None is selected, the lock screen will no longer appear when the device wakes up.
Update Your Firmware
After regaining access to the device, please contact Apolosign Support (support@apolosign.com) and provide your device's Serial Number (SN).
Our technical team can provide the latest firmware update for your device. We recommend completing the firmware update even if the unlock screen is currently working normally.
You can find the SN on the white label on the back of the screen.
Note: Please do not perform a factory reset unless instructed by our support team, as this may remove your existing settings and data.
