Please ensure your Apolosign mobile app is updated to version 1.52.22 or later to access the Message Board and related Board Settings features.
What Is the Message Board?
The Message Board is a shared space within a group in the Apolosign App, designed to display important messages, notifications, and brief reminders in one central location.
Unlike calendars or tasks, the Message Board focuses on instant communication and visibility, helping group members quickly stay up to date.
Common use cases include:
Family announcements
Short reminders
Daily messages or greetings
Temporary notifications for all members
Additionally, the Message Board supports basic display settings, such as showing messages with countdown timers and colored backgrounds, making important messages more visible and time-sensitive.
Where to Find the Message Board in the Apolosign App
In the mobile Apolosign App, each group has its own dedicated Message Board.
To access it:
Open the Apolosign App
Enter any group
The Message Board is displayed at the top of the group page
The Message Board is visible only to members of that group, ensuring privacy and relevance of the information.
