Overview
This guide explains how to add messages, set basic display options, and manage content on the Message Board using the Apolosign mobile app.
Version Requirement
Please ensure your Apolosign mobile app is updated to version 1.52.22 or later to access all Message Board features.
Steps to Add a Message
Open the Apolosign App on your mobile device.
Enter the group where you want to post a message.
Scroll to the Message Board at the top of the group page.
Tap “Add Message” (or the “+” icon) to create a new message.
Enter your message content.
Optionally, configure basic display settings:
Countdown timer – set how long the message will be displayed.
Background color – highlight messages for visibility.
Tap Save or Post to publish the message.
The message will immediately appear on the Message Board and be visible to all group members. It will also sync to the Apolosign Calendar device for household visibility.

Editing or Deleting Messages
To edit a message, tap the message and select Edit, make your changes, and save.
To delete a message, tap the message and select Delete.
Note: Only group admins or the message creator can edit or delete messages.
Display Rules
Each message can have a countdown timer (e.g., 1, 3, or 7 days).
The number of messages displayed simultaneously can be set (e.g., 3 or 5 messages).
Messages that exceed the display duration or number limit will automatically hide but are not deleted.
Tips for Effective Use
Use background colors to highlight urgent or important messages.
Set a countdown timer for time-sensitive notifications.
Keep messages brief to maintain readability on the Message Board.
