Points & Redemption Overview
Required Points & Point Sources
● Required Points
○ Each redeemable gift has a preset point requirement. For example:
Teddy bear: 5 points
Backpack: 5 points
Toy car model: 20 points
● How to Earn Points
○ Complete daily tasks: Family members earn points by completing assigned tasks in the Routines module.
○ Admin rewards: Additional points can be manually awarded by a family administrator.
Redemption Rules
● Only family members with sufficient points can redeem gifts.
● A specific family member must be selected during redemption.
● After a gift is redeemed:
○ The required points are automatically deducted.
○ The redemption is recorded in Points History.
● Points and redemption records cannot be edited by children.
How to Redeem Gifts Step by Step
1. Open the App
Launch the mobile app and go to the main dashboard, where you can see modules such as Calendar, Routines, and To-Dos.
2. Go to the Family Page
Tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the home screen to enter the Your Family page.
3. Open the Points Rewards Page
Scroll down on the Your Family page and tap Rewards to enter the Points Rewards section.
4. Select and Redeem a Gift
In the Gifts section, tap the gift you want to redeem (for example, a teddy bear).
a. In the confirmation pop-up, verify the selected family member and the points to be deducted.
b. Tap Redeem Now to confirm.
5. Redemption Complete
a. Once redeemed successfully:The corresponding points are automatically deducted from the selected account.
b. The gift is assigned to the chosen family member.
