A complete list of all settings available in the Apolosign Calendar app and what each option does.
To access these settings, open the Apolosign Calendar app and tap the "Three Horizontal Lines" (Menu Icon) in the top-left corner of the screen.

A. General
Manage your device's basic connectivity and display environment.
General
- Wi-Fi: Connect to your home network to sync calendars and weather data.
- Date & Time: Set local date and time. Toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.
- Brightness: Adjust the screen backlight intensity.
- Volume: Adjust the system and alert volume levels.
Notification
- Event Reminders: Manage alerts for events with specific time slots (e.g., a meeting from 2 PM to 3 PM). You can set reminders to trigger at the exact start of the event, or at specific intervals beforehand (e.g., 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or never).
- All-day Event Reminders: Manage alerts for full-day events that do not have a specific start or end time (e.g., birthdays or public holidays). You can toggle these notifications on or off according to your Preferences.
- Reminder Sound: Toggle the notification sound ON or OFF for all calendar alerts.
Note: Reminder alerts for newly created events are currently not supported.
B. Preferences
Calendar
- Set First Day of Week: Choose between Sunday or Monday to start your week.
- Show Routines in Calendar: Enable or disable the display of member avatars and routine counts within the Calendar section.
Message Board
- Automatically Show Daily Board: You can easily turn off / disable the daily pop-ups on your Apolosign calendar by switching off "Automatically Show Daily Board" in the Message Board settings.
C. Group
View your family or team synchronization details.

Group Profile
Group Name: View the name of your shared group. (Note: This is a view-only field).

Members:
See a list of members on this group calendar.

Calendars:
View a list of all calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.) currently synced to the group display.
D. Advanced
System Mode
Default Home Screen:
Switch your landing page between "Android Mode" (standard tablet interface) and "Calendar Mode" (dedicated calendar interface).
Other Apps
- Screen Saver: Configure timeout and image for idle mode.
- Parental Controls: Set restrictions and passwords for safe use.
- Files: Browse and manage internal storage/uploaded files.
- Android OS Settings: Access the deeper Android system configuration menu.
- Default App Update: Check for and install latest versions of core apps.

- Device ID: Unique identification code for your hardware.
- Device Name: The name assigned during the Apolosign App setup.
