| How do I set up Wi-Fi? | (Calendar Mode) (Android Mode) |
Port ① — DC Power Port (Round)
Purpose: Power delivery only. No data.
- Use the original DC power adapter included in the box. Third-party adapters may cause instability or damage.
- The device must stay plugged into a wall outlet to operate. There is no internal battery for extended unplugged use.
If your device won't power on:
→ Check the wall outlet is working. Try another outlet.
→ Confirm the DC plug is fully inserted (it should click or sit flush).
→ If the adapter feels loose or the port is damaged, contact support.
Port ② — USB Type-C Port
Purpose: Local data transfer only. No power, no networking.
- Connect to your computer to import or export photos, videos, and documents.
What this port does NOT support:
| Charging / Power Delivery | This port cannot charge the device. Use Port ① (DC) for power. |
| USB-to-Ethernet adapters | Wired internet is not available through this port. |
| Connecting to a phone or tablet | Only computer connections are supported. |
If file transfer doesn't work:
→ Try a different USB-C cable (some cables are charge-only).
→ Try a different USB port on your computer.
→ Make sure the device is powered on (Port ① must be plugged in).
Network Connectivity
This device is Wi-Fi only. It does not have an Ethernet (LAN) port and cannot connect via USB-to-Ethernet adapter.
Requirements:
- 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi network
- WPA2 or WPA3 security
- Internet access (for calendar sync, weather, and updates)
If Wi-Fi won't connect:
→ Move the device closer to your router.
→ Restart both the device and the router.
→ Confirm your Wi-Fi password is correct.
→ Check that your router broadcasts on 2.4GHz or 5GHz (not 6GHz only).
