The QR code may not display if the device is not connected to Wi-Fi or if the app version is outdated. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and update your device:
To update the Apolosign Calendar app, please follow these steps:
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification panel.
Tap the Settings icon (the gear symbol). > (Note: The gear icon is at the bottom right in portrait mode, or at the bottom center in landscape mode.)
Ensure your Wi-Fi is connected and stable. (If Wi-Fi fails to connect, please try using a mobile hotspot.)
Scroll down to find "System" and tap it.
Select "App Updates".
Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Click "Check" or "Update".
