2.Step-by-Step Text Instructions
1) Unboxing & Power On
① Place your Apolosign Digital Calendar on a table or mount it on the wall.
② Connect the power adapter.
③ The device will automatically turn on and display the welcome screen.
We recommend using a stable Wi-Fi network for the initial setup.
2) Connect to Wi-Fi
① On the device screen, select your Wi-Fi network.
② Enter your password and confirm.
③ Once connected, the device will automatically proceed to the next setup step.
3) Download and Log in to Apolosign App
① Download the Apolosign App on your smartphone:
a) iOS: App Store
b) Android: Google Play
② Open the App and register with your email or log in to your existing account.
③ Ensure your phone and calendar device are on the same network (recommended).
4) Bind Your Device
① Open the App and tap Add Device.
② Scan the QR code displayed on your calendar screen.
③ Once bound, the device will automatically sync to your account.
5) Sync Calendar (Optional but Recommended)
① Open Calendar Settings in the App.
② Connect your Google Calendar or other supported calendar accounts.
③ Your events will automatically sync to the Apolosign Digital Calendar.
6) Choose Your Mode
① Calendar Mode
Designed for family schedule display; recommended as the default daily mode.
② Android Mode
Switch to this mode when you want to use apps or access additional features.Both modes can be switched on the device at any time without affecting your data.
7) Complete Setup 🎉
Once these steps are completed, you can:
- View your family schedule on the large screen.
- Add or modify events via the smartphone App.
Use Apolosign as your family’s time management center.
