Why Is a Factory Reset Required Before Return?
To protect your personal privacy and data security, and to ensure your return is processed smoothly, all returned devices must be factory reset. This process permanently erases your personal data, linked accounts, downloaded apps, and custom settings, ensuring your information remains private.
Important Notes:
1. Once a factory reset is performed, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please back up any important files in advance.
2. Please ensure the device is factory reset before returning. Devices that are not reset may incur additional handling fees during warehouse inspection, which could delay your refund process.
