While our portal allows all Apolosign products to be registered, the fulfillment of warranty services is strictly subject to the following requirements:
Official Purchase Channel: Free warranty support is only provided for orders placed through our Official Website or Authorized Storefronts.
System Validation: The Order ID provided must be verified and exist within our internal order management system.
Why is this necessary? To protect our customers and ensure product authenticity, we only provide full warranty coverage for units sold directly by Apolosign.
