Free Extended Warranty
Although we currently do not offer paid extended warranty plans, you can extend your Apolosign product warranty by 6 months for free!
1. How to Qualify
To qualify for the free extended warranty:
1) Register your device at: Activate Your Product Warranty Now
2) Complete registration within 30 days of purchase.
Note: Registration after 30 days of purchase will not qualify for the free extended warranty.
2. How to Request Warranty Service
If your Apolosign product requires warranty service, please follow these steps:
1) Submit a warranty request via the Order Management page or contact our support team: support@apolosign.com
2) Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
3) Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
4) Send the product to the provided address.
5) Allow 3–4 business days for inspection and replacement processing.
3. Additional Notes
Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
For devices returned under warranty, perform a factory reset to remove personal data.
Apolosign is not responsible for any data loss; please back up your device before returning it.
