Overview
If the touchscreen on your Apolosign Smart Portable TV is unresponsive or not working properly, this guide will walk you through a series of troubleshooting steps to help identify and potentially resolve the issue.
Touchscreen issues can be caused by software glitches, system errors, or hardware malfunctions. Before submitting a warranty claim, please try the troubleshooting steps below.
Apolosign offers a one-year free warranty covering non-human damage, along with dedicated technical support.
Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: Factory Reset & Restart
Restore the device to factory settings, then restart the device and test if the touchscreen functions normally.
Note: If you cannot perform the reset via touch, please refer to the "Factory Reset Using Physical Buttons" section at the bottom of this article.
Step 2: Test with a USB Mouse (Video Required)
Connect a standard USB mouse to your Apolosign device and check if the mouse cursor appears and can move smoothly on the screen.
What to do: Please record a short video demonstrating whether the mouse cursor can move, click, or operate on the screen normally.
Why this helps: This allows our technical team to determine whether the issue is isolated strictly to the touchscreen layer or affects the system display layer.
If the Touchscreen Remains Unresponsive
If the touchscreen is still not working after completing both steps above, the issue may require a warranty replacement.
To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please send the following information to our support team (support@apolosign.com):
Order Number: Used to verify your purchase details and warranty status.
Video of the Issue: A short video showing the unresponsive touchscreen and the USB mouse test.
Product Label Photo: A clear photo of the white specification label on the back of the screen (contains the S/N required for warranty processing).
