Apolosign Calendar Mode Settings Guide 2.0

A complete list of all settings available in the Apolosign Calendar 2.0 app and what each option does.

How to access these settings: Open the Apolosign Calendar app and tap the Settings icon or menu option on the screen to open the settings panel.

A. General

Manage your device's basic connectivity, display, sound, notifications, and advanced options.

1. General

  • Wi-Fi: Connect to your home network to sync calendars.

  • Date & Time: Set local date and time. Toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour formats

2. Display

  • Automatic brightness: Enable or disable automatic screen brightness adjustment.

  • Brightness: Manually adjust the screen backlight intensity.

  • Lock screen: Configure lock screen options.


3. Volume

  • Video and reminder volume: Adjust the system, video, and alert volume levels

4. Notifications

  • Event reminders: Manage alerts for events with specific time slots (e.g., a meeting from 2 PM to 3 PM). You can set reminders to trigger at the exact start of the event, or at specific intervals beforehand.

  • All-day event reminders: Manage alerts for full-day events that do not have a specific start or end time (e.g., birthdays or public holidays).

  • Reminder sound:

    • Configure audio notifications for calendar alerts.

    • ✨ New Voice Feature: Select Voice and turn the volume up to maximum. When the reminder time arrives, the device will automatically broadcast the event title out loud.

5. Advanced

  • Default home screen: Switch your landing page between "Android Mode" (standard tablet interface) and "Calendar Mode" (dedicated calendar interface).

6. Other App

  • Screen Saver: Configure timeout and image for idle mode.

  • Parental Controls: Set restrictions and passwords for safe use.

  • Files: Browse and manage internal storage/uploaded files.

  • Android OS Settings: Access the deeper Android system configuration menu.

  • Default App Update: Check for and install the latest versions of core apps.

B. Group

View your family or team synchronization details.

1. Group Profile

  • Group Name: View the name of your shared group. (Note: This is a view-only field).

2. Members

  • View a list of members on this group calendar (including avatars and role tags).

3. Calendar

  • View a list of all calendars (Google, Outlook, Group Calendar, etc.) currently synced to the group display.

C. About Device

Technical specifications, maintenance info, and legal terms.

1. Device Info

  • Device ID: Unique identification code for your hardware.

  • Device Name: The name assigned during the Apolosign App setup.

2. Device Details

  • App Version: Current software version details and manual upgrade button.

3. Device Identifiers

  • Wi-Fi MAC: Your device's network hardware address.

  • Serial Number (SN): Your unique product serial number.

  • Firmware Version: Current system firmware details.

4. Legal & Maintenance

  • Reset Data: Unbind the device from your account to clear all settings and personal information.

  • Privacy Policy: Read our privacy guidelines.

  • Terms of Service: Read our terms of service.
