Note: Two-way sync is only supported between Apolosign Calendar and Google Calendar.
Events added via other calendar apps (Outlook, Apple Calendar, third-party apps) will not sync back to Apolosign because they do not allow real-time two-way updates through URL imports.
Steps to Enable Two-Way Sync
Step 1: Connect Your Google Calendar to Apolosign
① Open the Apolosign mobile app.
② Tap "More (⋯)" in the top-right corner.
③ Select "Calendars" → "+ Add Calendar".
④ Choose "Google Calendar" as the calendar type.
⑤ Sign in with your Google account.
⑥ Grant permissions and select the calendars you want to sync.
⑦ Tap "Confirm" to complete the setup.
✅ Once connected, events from Google Calendar will appear on Apolosign and vice versa.
Step 2: Add Events Directly to Apolosign or Google Calendar
From Apolosign:
① Open the Apolosign app → go to "Home".
② Tap "+" in the bottom-right corner → "Add Event".
③ Fill in event details (Title, Time, Participants, Background color) → "Save".
④ The event will automatically appear in your Google Calendar.
From Google Calendar:
① Open Google Calendar on your phone or desktop.
② Add a new event to the synced calendar.
③ The event will automatically appear on your Apolosign Calendar within a few minutes.
Tips for Two-Way Sync
Only events added to Apolosign Calendar or Google Calendar will sync back and forth.
Events from other apps (Outlook, Apple Calendar, third-party apps) cannot sync to Apolosign in real-time.
If an event does not appear immediately, you can manually refresh the calendar in the Apolosign app:
"More (⋯)" → "Calendars" → select calendar → "Refresh Calendar".

Add events in either Apolosign or Google Calendar to see them on both devices
Other calendars are read-only imports and cannot update Apolosign
