Due to platform limitations, calendars imported via URL (iCal links) may experience a delay in updating. The refresh interval depends on the external calendar service.
To update your events immediately, you can use the One-Tap Refresh feature:
How to Refresh an Imported Calendar:
Open the Apolosign App on your mobile device.
Tap the menu (⋯) – three horizontal dots in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and select the imported calendar.
Tap Sync Calendar.
This will immediately sync the latest events from the external calendar to your Apolosign device.
