Overview
When using the Apolosign Calendar, the color of an event tile is automatically determined by the number of family members assigned to it. This helps you quickly identify whose schedule you are looking at.
How the Color Logic Works
Single Member Event: When you create an event and select only one member, the event will display that specific member’s color tag.
Multiple Member Event: If you select multiple members for a single event, the color tag will default to Blue to represent a group activity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I change a specific family member's assigned color?
Yes! While the system assigns a default color when an account is created, you can customize it at any time through the Apolosign App on your phone:
Open the Apolosign App.
Tap the three dots (...) in the top right corner.
Select "Members".
Tap on the Member’s Avatar to select a new custom color for that person.
Q: Why did my personal event turn blue?
If an event appears blue, it means more than one family member is tagged. To change it back to your personal color, edit the event and ensure only your name is selected.
