How Do I Set or Remove a Lock Screen Password?

You can easily set or remove a lock screen password on your Apolosign Digital Calendar by following these steps:

 

To Set a Lock Screen Password:

  1. Tap Settings on your device(under android mode). 

  2. Go to Security & Privacy → Device Unlock.

  3. Tap Screen Lock.

  4. Choose your preferred screen lock type (e.g., PIN, Pattern, or Password).

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set your new password.

 

To Remove a Lock Screen Password:

  1. Tap Settings on your device(under android mode).

  2. Go to Security & Privacy → Device Unlock.

  3. Tap Screen Lock.

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Select None as the screen lock option to remove the password.

 

💡 Tip: Removing the lock screen password will make it faster to access your calendar, but anyone can open the device without authentication.

🔺Important Note:

If you have forgotten your password and are locked out of your device, you will need to perform a factory reset to regain access. Please be aware that a factory reset will erase all data and local settings on the device.
