When downloads get stuck on "Pending" in the Google Play Store, it is often related to network caching or Play Store synchronization. Try the following steps in order.
Step 1: Check other apps & reconnect Wi-Fi
- Test whether other installed apps can access the internet properly.
- Disconnect and reconnect your Wi-Fi, or try downloading over a mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists.
Step 2: Reset the network settings
- Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth.
- Reconnect to your Wi-Fi (or mobile hotspot) and try downloading again.
Step 3: Clear the Google Play Store cache
If resetting the network does not resolve the issue, cached Play Store data may be the cause:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage & cache and tap Clear cache.
- Reopen the Google Play Store, make sure it is updated, and try downloading again.
If downloads are still stuck after all three steps, contact us at support@apolosign.com with your device model and a screenshot of the Pending status.
