Important Note: Managing groups (deleting or leaving a family) can only be performed through the mobile Apolosign App. This action is not supported directly on the display device.
Follow the steps below to delete a group you created or leave an existing family group:
Open the Apolosign App on your mobile phone.
Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines
☰) in the top-left corner.Tap Settings.
Tap All Families.
Select the Group/Family you wish to delete or leave.
Tap Delete/Leave Family in the top-right corner to confirm.
