Use Case: Families or friends can share calendars, tasks, rewards, and photos through groups for efficient collaboration.
Step 1: Open the Apolosign App
Locate and open the Apolosign App on your mobile device.
Log in with your account. (If you don’t have an account, register and log in first.)
Step 2: Create a New Group
Scenario 1: No group exists yet
Tap Create Group.
Enter the desired group name.
Confirm to continue.
Scenario 2: You already have existing groups but want to create another one
Enter any existing group.
Tap the menu in the top-left corner → select My Groups → tap the + (Add) button in the top-right corner.
Enter the new group name.
Optionally, upload a group avatar and set member names for easier identification.
Step 3: Add Members
Tap Add Members.
Invite members via:
Existing Apolosign users: Enter their Apolosign account email or User ID. The member will receive an email notification and can approve the invitation in the mobile app under Notify → Accept.
New or sub-account members: For members without email or existing accounts (e.g., children, pets), choose Create Sub-Account, fill in the name and details, and the account will be created without an email.
After adding members, tap Done.
The group is now successfully created, and members will receive a notification. They can immediately start sharing calendars, tasks, and other content.
Tips and Rules
Edit group name and avatar anytime: Enter the group → top-right menu → tap Members → Edit Group Info.
Group creation limits: Each email account can create up to 3 new groups. Invited users can join an unlimited number of groups.
Group size limit: Each group can contain up to 8 members.
Make sure all members have registered Apolosign accounts before creating the group.
Each family account can create multiple groups, but it’s recommended to distinguish them by purpose to avoid confusion.
