The Group Owner is currently tied to the account that initially set up the device. While there is no "Transfer" button in the settings, you can easily switch the ownership to a new account by following the steps below.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Reset the Device Connection On your Apolosign device, open the Apolosign Calendar App. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner and navigate to Settings > About Device > Reset Data.
Note: This action only unbinds the current account. It will not delete the data stored in your account cloud.
2. Re-bind with the New Account The device will restart and display a QR Code. Open the Apolosign App on your smartphone and log in with the new account you want to set as the owner. Scan the QR code to finish the setup.
FAQs & Updates
Will I lose my data? No. Your data (Apolosign calendar) is linked to your Apolosign App account, not the physical device. Once the device is re-bound to your account, all your information will automatically sync back to the screen.
Can I add multiple administrators? Currently, the system only supports one primary owner per group.
