This guide explains how to switch calendar views and navigate dates on both your Apolosign device and mobile app. Switching between the five available views—Schedule, Family View, Day, Week, and Month—helps you manage and plan your family's schedule more effectively.
How to Change Views on the Device
On the Apolosign Calendar Home page
Tap the small home icon in the top-left corner
Switch to the Calendar section
Tap the view selector in the top-right corner
Choose your preferred view
How to Change Views on the Mobile App
Open the Apolosign App.
Select the Calendar section at the top.
Tap the view selector icon in the top-right corner.
Select your preferred view.
Differences Among the Five Views
Month View: Traditional grid for a big-picture overview of the entire month.
Week View: 7-day hourly grid for managing weekly time distribution.
Day View: Single-day hourly breakdown for detailed daily scheduling.
Family View: Column-based grid split by individual family members to track who is doing what.
Schedule View: Chronological agenda list grouping events by date without empty time gaps.
Note: All-day events under the Day, Family, and Week views are displayed directly below the date or member name.
How to Switch Dates and Months
Day View : Tap the date to switch.
Week & Family View: Tap the date to switch.
Schedule & Month View: Tap the month in the top-left corner, then tap the
<or>arrows to switch between previous and next months.Quick Jump: Tap the Today button at any time to instantly jump back to the current day, week, or month.
