2.Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Download the Apolosign App
Download the Apolosign Mobile App on your smartphone. You can do this by:
- Scanning the QR code provided on the device or in the user guide
- Searching for “Apolosign” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Step 2: Create an Account
Open the Apolosign App and create an account to log in.
- You can sign up or log in using one of the following methods:Google account
- Apple ID
Email address
Step 3: Create a Group
After logging in, you will need to create a group if no group has been set up yet.
- Tap Create Group
- Enter your desired group name
- Confirm to proceed
A group is required to manage devices and share calendars with family members.
Step 4: Add a Device
To connect your Apolosign Digital Calendar to the app:
- Tap Add Device in the mobile app
- On the digital calendar, open the Apolosign Calendar app
- A QR code will be displayed on the device screen
- Use your phone to scan the QR code
The app will automatically recognize the 8-digit device code and add the calendar to your group.
Step 5: Complete Setup 🎉
Once the device is successfully added, your group setup is complete.
You can now start managing schedules, tasks, and reminders with your family in real time.
