Use Case:
Personalize your group cover to make it easier to recognize and visually appealing. The group cover image will also sync to the Apolosign Calendar device and can be used as a privacy cover to hide your schedule and protect your privacy, preventing guests from seeing sensitive information.
Steps
Set the Current Group Cover Background:
Open the Apolosign App on your mobile phone.
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
Tap My Family.
Tap the camera icon in the top-right corner.
Upload a portrait or landscape photo (depending on whether your device is placed vertically or horizontally).
Set Other Group Cover Backgrounds:
Open the Apolosign App on your mobile phone.
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
Go to Settings and select My Families.
Find and select the group you want to edit.
Tap the camera icon in the top-right corner.
Upload a portrait or landscape photo (depending on whether your device is placed vertically or horizontally).
Effect After Completion:
The group cover will update immediately and sync to the Apolosign Calendar device.
On the device, you can pull down the group cover to use it as a privacy cover, hiding your schedule and protecting your personal privacy.
