Personalize your group cover to make it easier to recognize and visually appealing. The group cover image will also sync to the Apolosign Calendar device and can be used as a privacy cover to hide your schedule and protect your privacy, preventing guests from seeing sensitive information.
Steps to Set a Group Cover Background
Open the Apolosign App on your mobile device.
Enter the group for which you want to set the cover background.
Tap the top-right menu.
Tap the camera icon at the top.
Select an image from your phone that you want to use as the cover.
You can choose landscape or portrait images to display different effects.
Effect After Completion
The group cover will update immediately and sync to the Apolosign Calendar device.
On the device, you can pull down the group cover to use it as a privacy cover, hiding your schedule and protecting your privacy.
