Welcome to Apolosign! The Apolosign App serves as the central hub connecting your smartphone to your smart calendar hardware. Through the "Settings" section, you can manage your profile, contact our support team, and ensure your app is up to date.
This guide provides a detailed walkthrough of the features available in the Settings menu.
Profile & Account Management By tapping on your avatar or account name, you can access your personal profile settings.
Here, you can manage the following:
User Profile:
a. Change Avatar:Upload or take a new photo to personalize your account.
b. Edit Name:
Update the nickname that appears on the calendar and within your groups.
c. Login Account:
View the email currently linked to your profile (useful when contacting technical support).
d. User ID:
Your unique identifier.
e. Data Region: Note:
To ensure seamless synchronization and group features, all family members must be in the same region. Only users within the same Data Region can be added to the same group calendar.
f. Change Password:
Update your password regularly to maintain account security.
g. Delete Account:
Security Tip: To prevent accidental deletion, you must change or verify your password before the account can be deactivated. Please note that account deletion is permanent and data cannot be recovered.

App Version & Updates:
This section displays the version number currently installed on your phone.
How to Update: To enjoy the latest features and bug fixes, please ensure your app is up to date.
iOS Users: Visit the Apple App Store, search for "Apolosign," and tap Update.
Android Users: Visit the Google Play Store to check for the latest version.
(Currently, our Apolosign app is only available in the App Store for the United States and the United Kingdom.)
Logout:
If you need to switch accounts or secure your app, tap the Logout button at the bottom of the settings menu.
Logging out will not delete your calendar data. Your information is securely stored in the cloud and will be restored once you log back in.
