This comprehensive guide covers how to set up gifts, configure the Lucky Draw, pair rewards with Routines, and redeem points across your mobile app and hardware device.
1. How Rewards Connects with Routines
The Rewards system works hand-in-hand with your Routines:
Earning Points:
When family members complete their assigned daily tasks and routines (such as morning chores, homework, or bedtime routines), they automatically earn points.
Positive Reinforcement:
This seamless tracking encourages consistency and builds healthy habits while allowing parents to manage points centrally.
2. Managing Gifts and Points on the Mobile App
All administrative controls—such as creating gifts, editing point values, and adjusting points—are managed directly through the Apolosign mobile app.
Accessing Rewards:
Open the mobile app sidebar menu and tap Rewards to access the main dashboard.
Adding and Editing Gifts:
In the Gifts section, tap Manage or + Add Gift to create custom rewards (e.g., Ice cream, Car model, Toys).
Tap the icon picker to assign a custom emoji and theme to your gift.
Set the Required Points for each item and tap Save.
3. Configuring the Lucky Draw Feature
The Lucky Draw adds an extra layer of excitement, letting family members spin a prize wheel using their earned points.
Managing the Lucky Draw:
Tap Manage Draw on the Rewards dashboard to open the configuration settings.
