If your calendar was successfully synced or imported, but only some of your events show up on the device, the most common cause is that not all of your sub-calendars are selected for sync. This is not a sync failure — check the following before assuming there is a connection or account problem.
Check your sub-calendar selection
Selecting your main calendar account does not automatically sync all of its sub-calendars. Each sub-calendar must be selected individually:
- Open the Apolosign app on your Phone.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Tap Calendar.
- Tap the + button and select your calendar account (Google / iCloud, or the account you use).
- Choose One-Way Sync or Two-Way Sync.
- Confirm that all sub-calendars are checked for sync.
Events from any unchecked sub-calendar will not appear on the device, even though the account itself is connected.
Also check: were the events saved to a local calendar?
If your missing events were created locally on your phone (rather than in your Google or iCloud calendar), they will not sync to the device. Make sure the events are saved to the calendar account that is synced with your Apolosign device.
Still missing events?
If all sub-calendars are checked and the events are stored in the synced account, but some events still don't appear, please contact us at support@apolosign.com with your order number and Apolosign account email, and we will check the synchronization status for you.
