External calendars imported via URL (iCal/ICS format) can be synced to Apolosign. These calendars may not update automatically in real time. To get the latest events immediately, you can use the Refresh Calendar feature.
Steps:
① Open the Apolosign app on your phone.
② Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
③ Scroll down to the Calendars section and locate the calendar you want to refresh.
④ Tap the calendar, then select Refresh Calendar to sync the latest events from the external calendar.
Tips:
- The update frequency of URL-imported external calendars depends on the source service and may have some delay.
- Using Refresh Calendar ensures your Apolosign Digital Calendar displays the most up-to-date events.
- You can refresh multiple imported calendars individually using the same steps.
