To comply with Google's privacy and security restrictions, your Workspace account requires that your device be password-protected before it can successfully sync and operate.
Please follow these steps to set up a device password:
1.Open your device's Settings.
2.Select Security & Privacy.
3.Tap Set Screen Lock.
4.Create a device password (or PIN/pattern).
Upon completing these steps, your Workspace email and calendar services should resume normal synchronization and function.
