You can sync external calendars imported via URL (iCal/ICS format) to Apolosign.
How to Sync a URL-Imported Calendar:
Open the Apolosign app on your phone.
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
Tap My Family.
Scroll down to the calendar section and tap the plus sign (+) in the top-right corner, then select Subscribe via URL.
Enter the calendar URL and calendar name, select participants, and you're all set to complete the external calendar synchronization.
How to Refresh a URL-Imported Calendar:
Open the Apolosign app on your phone.
Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
Tap My Family.
Tap the synchronized calendar.
Tap Sync Calendar to update it in real-time.
Notes:
- The update frequency of URL-imported external calendars depends on the source service and may have some delay.
- Using Refresh Calendar ensures your Apolosign Digital Calendar displays the most up-to-date events.
- You can refresh multiple imported calendars individually using the same steps.
