You can invite members to your Apolosign group using the Apolosign App on your mobile device. The process differs slightly depending on whether the user has an email or not.
Step 1: Invite Members with an Email
Open the Apolosign App on your phone.
Tap the menu (⋯) in the top-right corner and select Members.
Tap Add Member (top-right corner).
Enter the new member’s email address to send an invitation.
The invited member will receive an email.
They open the email and tap the Apolosign App link to open the app.
In the app, they tap the Members icon, then tap the notification message and select Agree to Join.
Step 2: Invite Members Without an Email (Sub-Account)
In the Members section of the app, tap Create Sub-Account (For Users Without Email).
Enter a username and set a password for the sub-account.
The user can now log in directly to the Apolosign App using this sub-account.
Once logged in, they automatically join the group and can participate in schedules, chores, and rewards.
💡 Tips:
Each group can have up to 8 members.
Sub-accounts are ideal for children or family members without email addresses.
All members (email or sub-account) can view and manage schedules, chores, to-dos, and rewards within the group.
