Your TV can be charged in two ways: through the base charging port, or through the DC port on the back of the screen. Both work. The built-in battery is located in the base — so if the battery level appears stuck (for example around 50%), switch to charging through the base and leave it charging for several hours.
How to charge through the base
- Connect the charging cable to the base.
- Leave the device charging for several hours.
- Check whether the battery level has changed.
Check the base indicator light
The light on the base tells you the power status at a glance:
- Red: the charger is plugged in — the battery is charging and powering the stand.
- Green: the battery has sufficient power.
- Blue: the charger has been unplugged — the battery is now powering the stand.
- No light: check that the charging cable is firmly connected at both the base and the power outlet.
If the battery still does not charge through the base after several hours, contact us at support@apolosign.com with a photo of the label on the back of your device (model and serial number) and a short video showing the connection and the indicator light.
